A Feature Survey will typically include the following things::

  2. original boundaries and dimensions

  4. contour levels to Australian Height Datum (AHD)

Licensed Boundary Surveys

A licensed surveyor will define your land boundaries and upon request provide you a certified plan that confirms the work has been completed correctly.

A Licensed Surveyor is someone who has been assessed as being competent to perform authorized surveys by the Land Surveyors Licensing Board of WA.

Under this Law a Licensed Surveyor is the only person allowed to provide an authorized survey to prove the dimensions of your property.
