PSS Group proudly assumed the role of construction surveyors for BGC Construction on Eden West as well as being the consultants for the Built Strata Subdivision on both Eden East and Eden West for Edge Visionary Living, leading the way for the realization of this remarkable landmark project.
Eden developed by Edge Visionary Living, located at Perry Lakes Reserve in Floreat, features 62 apartments as well as several two-storey residences over four storeys.

Eden has been architecturally inspired by the parkside location and focuses on a waterside pavilion overlooking lush manicured gardens. An Urban Orchard provides a leafy outlook and an opportunity for healthy-minded residents to become part of a community through planning and cultivating food with their neighbours in their own extensive gardens.
